Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs for websites and various materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, and content teams, to create compelling and impactful designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging and user-friendly websites that align with the brand and marketing goals.
  • Create website layouts, wireframes, and mockups that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Design and produce digital marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and visual elements across different digital platforms.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design techniques.
  • Optimize designs for web and mobile platforms, considering responsive design principles.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of design elements.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a web designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for design implementation.
  • Experience designing for content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
